Check out the river thermal

Location great for us having just come thru the Picos. Didn't get chance to use the Spa but if you like the more rustic approach - head to the river. There's a small area of thermal activity and someone has created a cool personal thermal spa. I wished I'd seen it sooner!

The spa was amazing. I very much recommend the outside pool/cave. Food was decent too.

The room was a bit neglected. The air conditioning was not working (and it was too hot and humid). Also, the bathroom flooded every time we took a shower.

Well located hotel with the potential to be fantastic....just not there yet.

Location was superb.

Service was luke warm but improved after a day or two. Rooms were tired and in need of renovation.

Lovely spa, great staff, clean and comfortable room.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The spa was really enjoyable and the massage was relaxing. The choices at breakfast were extensive and tasty. The staff were all friendly especially Angel who went the extra mile as we don’t speak Spanish.

Wearing bathing caps in the spa, although we understand this is a requirement in all spas and pools in Spain.

The Cueva hot water springs. The SPA was under construction but it looked like it has potencial

There were several issues with our stay: 1) some of the staff are not professional nor friendly 2) both breakfast and dinner need severe improvements 3) there were several things broken in our room 4) the cleaning was not properly done

You will be happy with the experience, but your wallet might have a stroke.

Very nice place, good staff, pretty facilities. Spectacular views around. Rooms are cozy and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff left us a banana and a couple of other fruits in the room. They have parking.

Quite expensive, no hygiene kit in the bathroom, no slippers, no water bottles usually provided by 4 stars hotels. In the restaurant the food is okay, but really nothing special.

old fashioned 4star, graet thermal baths,but unfriendly restaurant

large rooms. though a bit old style decorated but with comfortable beds and great outside thermal baths.

staff in the restaurant was very unfriendly, rude, and unflexible. you had to sit on the table they tell you to , even if in a uncomfortable spot. when we reserved a specific dining table through the reception they gave it away to other family and when we came did not want to arrange anything else. reception people much nicer.

Very Good

The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The balneario was superb, very invigorating and relaxing. Nice, clean, comfortable room. Fabulous breakfast, fresh fruit, pastries, homemade cakes, cheese and ham and lots of cooked options too.

The lunch and the dinner were both disappointing. Food was not the best quality.

Lovely location and great facilities.

Fantastic location. Room was spacious and fairly quiet, beds were large and comfortable. Aircon was fine too. Thermal facilities on site were good.

Spa pool areas require a little maintenance - cracked glass panes require replacement, watermarks and other staining to various surfaces need to be properly cleaned off, and generally better attention to detail in repairs to tiling and other finishes - same for the bathroom in our room which required various repairs to the walls and replacement of showerheads. It was this lack of attention to detail which brought down our perception of the hotel, which is ashame as otherwise, it was a really great stay.
